The main location for our Real Estate School of Success is Columbia, SC at 288 Saint Andrews Road in the Saint Andrews Shopping Center
We are only a few minutes from I-20 and I-26 for your convenience.
South Carolina requires that you meet two requirements to get your real estate Salesperson license. (1) First you must complete
a 60 hr real estate sales course. (2) After passing the south carolina real estate
sales course you will need to take the PSI Exam. The PSI exam is comprised
of two sections, a general section and south carolina state specific section.
Once you have met the south carolina state requirements and have will be granted
a
provisional South Carolina Real Estate License, you can begin practicing your south carolina real estate career. The South Carolina Real Estate School for Success will
guide you through the process of getting your South Carolina Real Estate License.
We will teach you everything you need to know to pass the PSI exam.
South Carolina Real Estate License Pre Sales Course
Unit I: Provisional Sales License (60 hrs)
This Pre Sales South Carolina Real Estate Licensing course is where you start your South Carolina real estate career. The South Carolina real estate course will teach you everything to get your South Carolina real estate license. The Real Estate School for Success will teach you everything you need to know to get your real estate license.

Step 2 - Pass Course
Exam
This exam is given on the
last day of class and must be passed to complete the course.
Step 3 - Pass the South Carolina Real Estate Exam - (Congratulations! You have a South Carolina Real Estate License)
This exam is administered by PSI Exam Center and is required to obtain your Provisional Real Estate License.
