Before receiving your South Carolina Real Estate License you must complete this 30 hour South Carolina Post Licensing course, also know as our South Carolina Unit II – Advanced Real Estate Principles. This will allow you to obtain your South Carolina Real Estate license. Upon completing this 30 hour South Carolina Unit II class you will then submit your application to the commission to receive your license.
