Course Description

This South Carolina Unit I Real Estate Principles course is offered on the weekend and is designed for our working professionals that do not have time in the evenings or during the week. This only requires a commitment for 8 weekends. The class are Saturdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm and Sundays from 1:00pm till 5:00pm. You will receive one hour for lunch. You will also get a 10 minute break every hour to allow you some time to stretch your legs, grab a snack, make a phone call, or whatever your heart desires. This course is designed to help you learn the fundamentals of Real Estate and will prepare you to pass the South Carolina Real Estate License Exam. This is a 60 hour course approved by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. We look forward to seeing you soon.
