To obtain a real estate license in SC you need to take the 60-hour Unit I Real Estate Principles and 30-hour Unit II Advanced Real Estate Principles. Upon completing the Unit I course you are able to apply with the Real Estate Commission to be approved to take the state exam with PSI. Once you have completed both courses and the exam then you will be able to obtain your license through your Broker-in-charge.

For the first course "Real Estate Salesperson License Unit I" you have a choice of many different times (as shown below) OR you can opt for our online course. Both of these options allow you to purchase a value package which contains the Unit I and Unit II courses.

In-person classes

Browse our class schedule for the Unit I course (for Unit II click here) to choose your desired date and time. Click the ENROLL button and you will be prompted to follow an easy checkout process. If you choose the "package deal" you will be given an option to choose your dates & times for each class AFTER clicking the ENROLL button.

Online classes

Simply visit our online course page and choose between A) the package deal or B) the individual Units I and II.

It’s up to you however we recommend that you take Unit II before the state exam. Typically, there is a waiting period in while you are getting approved by the commission and scheduling your exam. During that time you can take the Unit II course to stay refreshed on the material as well as get it out the way so that you may obtain your license once you pass your exam with the testing center.

We understand that things can sometimes come up unexpectantly. We allow you to make up the time in the next available class that is covering the section that you missed. You have a total of six months to complete and pass the course.

We want you to be successful therefore we allow for you take the exam a total of three times. After the third attempt we require you to take the class again at ½ price to ensure that you fully understand the material.

We want you to be fully prepared to pass the exam and becoming successful in real estate. We will allow you to sit in any class that has room available for up to six months of your original class and before the third attempt of your exam.

We have several quizzes throughout the course and in the book. We want you to be prepared as much as possible. If you feel you would like additional study material we offer packages that you can purchase from our Study Materials page.
