Course Description
Broker B Course (Unit III-B): Serving as the second essential component for broker licensing, this 30-hour course addresses the fundamental aspects of real estate. Participants will explore real property law, federal housing regulations, property valuation techniques, appraisal processes, agency relationships, contract law, real estate finance, licensing laws, pertinent federal and state legislation, as well as real estate mathematics and closing procedures. An exam is administered at the conclusion of this course to assess comprehension and readiness.
