Columbia Real Estate School

Welcome to our main location for Real Estate School for Success, located in Columbia, SC at 288 Saint Andrews Road in the Saint Andrews Shopping Center. We offer both in-person and online real estate licensing courses to help you start your career.

Key Requirements

South Carolina requires that you meet two requirements to get your real estate Salesperson license:

  1. First, you must complete a 60-hour real estate sales course.
  2. After passing the South Carolina real estate sales course, you will need to take the PSI Exam. The PSI exam is comprised of two sections: a general section and South Carolina state-specific section.

Once you have met the South Carolina state requirements, you will be granted a provisional South Carolina Real Estate License and can begin practicing your South Carolina real estate career. The South Carolina Real Estate School for Success will guide you through the process of getting your South Carolina Real Estate License. We will teach you everything you need to know to pass the PSI exam.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or a GED.
  • Take and Pass a SC Real Estate License Course
  • Apply for a South Carolina Real Estate License and pass the exam
  • Take the 30 hour Unit II-Advanced Real Estate Principles
