Course Description
This South Carolina Unit I Real Estate Principles course is offered during the weekdays and is a more condensed course. This course only takes 3 weeks to complete. This course is held Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 1:30pm. This course schedule is great for professionals that want to get your career started as quickly as possible. We have a lot of people who take time off, are between jobs, re-entering to workforce, or work nights. You will also get a 10 minute break every hour to allow you some time to stretch your legs, grab a snack, make a phone, or whatever your heart desires. This is a 60 hour course that will cover legal aspects of real estate to include but not limited to agency, contracts, license law, state laws, contract laws, property laws, financing, property management, appraising, and settlements and closing. This course will aid you in successfully completing the pre-licensing course, end of course exam, and the South Carolina state licensing exam. We look forward to seeing you soon.
